Lady Gaga's "Marry the Night": Listen Now!

Offering up the latest track from her forthcoming record "Born This Way," Lady Gaga has released "Marry the Night."

Readying the album's May 23 debut, the Mother Monster cultivated yet another creative way to rev up excitement for it, targeting the 46 million people who play FarmVille.

The 25-year-old has constructed a community within the Facebook game, aptly called GagaVille, which allows fellow players to do various tasks in effort to unlock the fifth single and newest single.

Users will be able to work their way to "Marry the Night" in the land of Lady Gaga until it closes for good on May 26.

Brad Pitt on His Kids and Tree of Life Role

In Terrence Malick's long-awaited film The Tree of Life (which just premiered at the 64th Cannes Film Festival), actor Brad Pitt plays an authoritarian father in 1950s Texas. He told reporters at Cannes that he had initially resisted playing the role because of the adverse effect it might have on the six children he has with Angelina Jolie. Pitt said, "I think of everything I do now that my kids are going to see when they grow up and how are they going to feel."

Jolie, also in Cannes to promote Kung Fu Panda 2 recently said that her kids (Maddox, 9, Pax, 7, Zahara, 6, Shiloh, 4, and 2-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne) are her "toughest critics", and that their comments about her performance as Master Tigress helped keep her on her toes.

Pitt also opened up a little bit about his own upbringing, drawing parallels to the rigidity of the world in Malick's film to his own life. "I got brought up being told things were God's way, and when things didn't work out it was called God's plan." How does he feel about his upbringing? "I've got my issues with it. Don't get me started. I found it very stifling."

Despite the jam-packed Cannes schedule of premieres, red carpet walks, and press interviews, Pitt and Jolie (who also brought their children with them to the festival), have managed to squeeze in a little down time, having dinner last night at Tetou, a Michelin-starred fish restaurant on the beach. While they were, naturally, mobbed by photographers when they left the restaurant, they still managed to have a private "date night", something both have expressed as being very important to the success of their relationship.

Pitt and Jolie are open with their children about everything, creating a home life of "organized chaos", and Pitt said in Cannes that even though his role in The Tree of Life may be upsetting for his kids to watch, "... they know me as a dad and I hope they'll just think of me as a pretty damn good actor."

The Hollywood power couple have both had career successes at Cannes thus far, but, more importantly, they seem to be having a good time as well.

The Tree of Life, starring Brad Pitt and Sean Penn, premieres in the U.S. on May 27.

Country superstar turned reality TV judge Blake Shelton is now officially hitched to Miranda Lambert. So far pictures of their wedding have been hard to find, but the story is all over the web. Kym Johnson Suffers Neck Injury During 'Dancing with the Stars' Practice

Dancing with the Stars pro Kym Johnson took a tumble while practicing Monday night's routine with partner Hines Ward. She suffered a neck injury and was rushed to the hospital on Friday.

Though she's definitely feeling some pain, the show released a statement saying that Johnson will be well enough to continue on in the competition.

"After several tests, she was cleared by the medical staff, though she is bruised, sore and currently wearing a neck brace," a rep for DWTS said. "Kym plans to continue with Hines Ward in the competition and resume rehearsals as soon as possible."

And it seems Johnson had a very speedy recovery! On Sunday, she was spotted returning to the dance studio, wearing the neck brace (pictured here). She and Hines will be competing against the other three couples that currently make up the final four.

"Thank you everyone for your concern, love and support," the dancer wrote on her Facebook page. "I'm a little shaken up, sore but I will be fine. I want to give a special thanks to everyone at Cedars-Sinai. The doctors, nurses and staff were so amazing."

Dancing with the Stars never seems to come and go without mishaps. Just last week Ralph Macchio powered through his routine while fighting a bum knee. Hopefully Johnson's neck injury will be the last of the season.

'American Idol' Censors Lady Gaga's Explicit Footwear

Lady Gaga may have made some of the American Idol contestants blush with her over-the-top comments on Wednesday's show. But what we didn't see was apparently a lot more provocative!

According to TMZ.com, Idol producers had to censor almost everything about the 25-year-old pop star -- from her potty mouth right down to her shoes! Producers were forced to cover up the heels of the Grammy winner's black stilettos with an American Idol logo -- because each boasted a Lucite penis!

It's kind of a shame that the shoes needed to be altered, especially since the Void of Course pair cost more than $4,500 a pair.

But Idol big wigs could only do so much to keep Gaga's blatant sexuality under wraps. She still managed to grind with now-eliminated contestant James Durbin and tell religious country boy Scott McCreery to imagine the microphone was his girlfriend who wants him to stick his "tongue down (her) throat."

We're pretty sure the behind-the-scenes Idol crew knew what they were in for when they asked Lady Gaga to appear on the show. (Isn't her outrageous behavior one of the main reasons she's such a phenomenon right now?) But it still seemed like some the young contestants were slightly weirded out by the Mother Monster's antics!

'Wonder Woman' Dropped, 'Parenthood' & 'Chuck' Renewed by NBC

If you're old enough to remember the original Wonder Woman TV series (click here to wax nostalgic about its cheesy opening), then this news may be bittersweet: Entertainment Weekly has learned that NBC has ditched its plans to air a much-ballyhooed modern-day Wonder Woman reboot.

When NBC commissioned the pricey project from writer/producer David E. Kelley and Warner Bros. TV, it seemed like a sure thing. The original series, featuring Lynda Carter's beloved superheroine, was a huge hit that inspired thousands of Halloween costumes in the '70s. Many of the kids who wore those costumes are now adults with kids of their own -- giving the show a built-in audience. And the actress chosen to star, Friday Night Lights' Adrianne Palicki, was already well liked by both critics and TV viewers.

So why pass on such a well-publicized, big-budget pilot with brand recognition? Though NBC declined to offer a reason, mixed reviews at network screenings obviously quashed high hopes for the project. And when the network released photos of Palicki in costume, there was a fan outcry: The outfit didn't hit the cheesy-cool fashion sweet spot that Carter's super-duds had managed to achieve.

The show's limbo status (it could still get picked up by another network, like the CW) is bitter, but some may think it's sweet. Fans of the original WW may not want their memories spoiled. The high boots and the starry, protective wrist cuffs can remain where they belong: on Carter's buxom bod, in viewers' memories.

Another plus: Since NBC lost money by dropping the Wonder Woman pilot, the network must be serious about demanding a higher standard of quality. That bodes well for some of the other shows that did get picked up. According to TV Line, the Peacock is sticking by some of its high-quality, though not necessarily high-rated scripted series, such as Harry's Law, Parenthood and Chuck -- which are returning for second, third and fifth seasons, respectively. For Chuck, which has barely dodged cancellation on numerous occasions, the fifth season will be its last.

NBC has also ordered some very promising new series: Playboy Club is a '60s-era drama about the lives of women working at the titular -- and notorious -- destination in swingin'-'60s Chicago. Grimm is a fantastical drama about a world where the characters from the Brothers Grimm's fairy tales coexist with humans. And Chelsea Handler's Are You There Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea, which is based on her book of the same name, has also been picked up for next season. Handler will exec produce, but she won't star; That '70s Show's Laura Prepon will play the lead character, who's loosely based on Handler.

No doubt NBC's decision to pass on Wonder Woman is disappointing for those involved. But if it means the other shows NBC has greenlit will raise the bar for well-written scripted series, well, then everyone wins.

Pitt, 47, and Jolie, 35, left their six kids at home on Saturday to meet up for a romantic overnight getaway in Lake Powell, Utah, Us Weekly reports. The couple stayed at the luxury Amangiri Resort, a desert oasis where the fanciest suite (with its own courtyard and swimming pool) goes for $3,600 a night.

"Brad said he was enjoying a little mommy and daddy time," says an Us Weekly source. "They liked the downtime."

That "downtime" included a late dinner on Saturday, followed by a private plane ride over Lake Powell on Sunday morning. (Who knew the desert could actually get hotter?) Afterwards, Jolie returned to their California home, while Pitt got back to work on the film Cogan's Trade in New Orleans. A friend told the magazine that the key to Angie and Brad's relationship is making time for each other and their family.

"Brad and Angie have a truly loving, caring, romantic relationship," says the pal. "They try to make it possible to be together as much as possible, no matter how tight their schedules are."

Recently, a source close to the family described the Jolie-Pitts' home life as "organized chaos."

David Boreanaz Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Settled

David Boreanaz can breathe a sigh a relief, now that his sexual harassment suit has been settled. In the summer of 2010, the Bones star was accused of trying to force himself on actress Kristina Hagan, who was an extra on the show in 2009 -- but Boreanaz can now put the matter behind him.

Though the details of the settlement were not released, Hagan's lawyer simply told E!, "The matter has been resolved."

Hagan came out with her accusations against Boreanaz just two months after the actor had admitted to cheating on his wife, former Playboy model Jaime Bergman, with a different woman. Boreanaz said he feared that the other woman, who was never named, would try to extort money from him if he didn't come clean.

While the erstwhile Angel star and his wife dealt with his admitted infidelity, Hagan came along and filed a claim alleging that Boreanaz had "attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts, but she pushed him away. [He then] unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated."

At the time, Boreanaz's lawyer called Hagan's claims "absurd." There has no been no comment from the actor's people or the Fox network on the recent settlement.

Nick Cannon: Mariah Carey's Hospital Emergency Was "Nerve-Racking"

Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey's twins almost arrived earlier than planned! Earlier this week reports surfaced that the soon-to-be new parents might meet their future son and daughter prematurely, and as Cannon tells the LA Times, he and his wife were definitely panicked!

"They're calling it a 'scare,' but really, it was just nerve-racking," says the expectant dad. "We were in the hospital from 4 a.m. until I don't even know."

"The thing with twins is that you want them in their natural incubator as long as possible. They might be ready to come out, but we need them to stay in for a while," he continues. "(Mariah) is super ready." Whether Cannon is ready is another matter -- "I am probably going to faint in the delivery room!" he tweeted recently.

The superstar parents' babies are officially due May 14, but Canon suspects they'll come earlier. In the meantime, Carey is enjoying her pregnancy. Monday she decorated her baby-bump and posted the picture on Twitter. "That's her finding the fun and festiveness through the pain," Cannon says.

The couple's unborn babies have already been inundated with a plethora of baby gifts. "We got so much stuff," he says. "There's all these giant stuffed animals. It looks like Noah's Ark in here. There's giraffes, polar bears, lions."

Cannon is already doing his part to set a good example for his pending little ones, partnering with Feed America and their "Stamp Out Hunger" initiative. "One thing I want to make sure of as I raise my children (is that) they definitely have to be involved in these types of things," he says. "Just because they’re a little more well off -- and lucky, really -- I want them to be able to realize they need to do this."

While Chris Brown has been losing his cool over questions about Rihanna, his pop-star ex keeps on proving that she's one strong woman. In a new interview with Rolling Stone, Rihanna, 23, fearlessly answers questions about the aftermath of her abusive relationship with the 21-year-old Brown.

"I put my guard up so hard," says the singer, who was hospitalized after a beating from Brown on the night of the 2009 Grammys. "I didn't want people to see me cry. I didn't want people to feel bad for me. It was a very vulnerable time in my life, and I refused to let that be the image. I wanted them to see me as, 'I'm fine, I'm tough.' I put that up until it felt real."

Her refusal to play the victim is admirable, but that doesn't mean fans have forgiven Brown. In fact, Rihanna sparked a wave of Twitter outrage in February when she lifted her restraining order against her ex. But Rihanna says she wasn't doing it as a gesture of friendship; it was just professional courtesy.

"That's my decision. It doesn't mean we're gonna make up, or even talk again," the singer clarifies. "We don't have to talk ever again in my life."

"I just didn't want to make it more difficult for (Brown) professionally," she explains. "What he did was a personal thing -- it had nothing to do with his career. Saying he has to be a hundred feet away from me, he can't perform at awards shows -- that definitely made it difficult for him."

Rihanna, who will soon make her film debut in the upcoming board-game-based movie Battleship, hasn't let the incident scare her away from relationships. When Rolling Stone asks about the personal meaning behind her single "S&M," she says that she enjoys getting naughty in the bedroom.

"Being submissive in the bedroom is really fun," she says. "You get to be a little lady, to have somebody be macho and in charge of your s***. That's fun to me... I like to be spanked. Being tied up is fun. I like to keep it spontaneous."

Okay, perhaps a little TMI -- but it's great that Rihanna is taking control of her love life, and that she recognizes the major difference between consensual play and non-consensual violence. Clearly, Rihanna has learned from her past and moved on. Hopefully Brown can do the same.

'Glee' Gets Super-Sized for 'Born This Way' Episode

In Defense of "Friday" Singer Rebecca Black

When we want to pick on someone in the media, young YouTube-powered pop stars may be the lowest-hanging fruit. Witness the collective condemnation of Rebecca Black, the 13-year-old California girl who partnered with a vanity record label to make what many consider the Battlefield Earth of pop songs and the worst music video of all time: "Friday."

It's surprising that venerable bastions of news like TIME and Slate even bothered to give the song and video a thumbs down, but that only contributed to the legend. Tosh.O got into the act, and there are currently way more Friday parodies than days of the week. Right now it's hipper to slam "Friday" than it is to love Justin Bieber.

But are the "Friday" lyrics any cheesier than some of those in beloved songs by bona fide stars Willow Smith and Ke$ha? Let's compare.

In Friday, Black sings: "It's Friday, Friday/Gotta get down on Friday/Everybody’s lookin' forward to the weekend, weekend/Friday, Friday/Gettin' down on Friday/Everybody's lookin' forward to the weekend."

The lyrics to 10-year-old Willow Smith's "21st Century Girl" aren't exactly poetry by comparison: "I'm the type of chick/That likes to rock the beat/I like to rock the beat/I like to rock, to rock the beat/21st Century Girl/I do what I like/21st Century Girl/I'm taking you for a ride/21st Century Girl/Yeah, I'm gonna live it up."

But at least Smith is only 10. Ke$ha is 24 and rocking lyrics like these in the appropriately named "Blah Blah Blah": "Oh Blah-di-blah blah, blah-di blah blah blah/Comin' out your mouth with your blah blah blah/Zip your lips like a padlock/And meet me in the back with a jack at the jukebox/I don't really care where you live at/Just turn around, boy, let me hit that."

We don't have to love "Friday" (it's not like Black is up for a Grammy or anything), but why tear it down so harshly? After all Ke$ha and Willow have legitimate producers; all Rebecca had was a dream and $2000 to make her music video.

Black says she feels like she's being cyberbullied -- and indeed she is. What else would you call experiencing a barrage of ridicule across the Internet? What did Rebecca do to deserve all this negative attention while others do virtually the same thing -- at times way more inappropriately -- and receive nothing but adoration?

I think Rebecca's earned a three-day weekend and then some... especially now that she's scored a real manager.

The 21-year-old singer went ballistic backstage following a <em>Good Morning America</em> interview in which <b>Robin Roberts</b> questioned him about his 2009 beating of then-girlfriend <strong><a href="http://www.ivillage.com/rihanna/1-k-8781">Rihanna</a></strong>. In an appearance on BET's <em><a target="_blank" href="http://www.bet.com/shows/106-and-park.html">106 & Park</a></em> Brown attempted to make amends.</p> <p>"First of all, I want to apologize to anybody who was startled in the office, or anybody who was offended or really disappointed in my actions, because I was disappointed in the way I acted and, you know, a lot of people don't know what went down," he said.</p> <p>Roberts <a target="_blank" href="http://abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/chris-brown-publicly-apologizes-violent-gma-outburst-bet/story?id=13210192">acknowledged his apology</a>, saying, "We appreciate (that) he apologized to the staff because they were shaken by his violent outburst."</p> <p>Although the morning show host said Brown knew ahead of time "the subject matter and the topics," the singer claims he had sent talking points to <em>GMA</em> ahead of time that didn't include his history of domestic abuse. ABC News said in a statement, however, that "there were no talking points offered (by Brown beforehand)."</p> <p>"I felt like, OK, they told us this just so they can get us on the show so they can exploit me," Brown vented on the BET show. But after a storied 41-year-run, the ABC soap opera is in <em>serious</em> danger of cancellation.</p> <p>Back in February, <a href="http://daytimeconfidential.zap2it.com/2011/02/22/special-report-abc-to-make-major-decisions-about-daytime-lineup-in-the-coming-weeks" target="_blank">Daytime Confidential</a> broke the news that ABC was looking to add a daytime talk show to its fall 2011 lineup, a move that would likely mean that one of its three soap operas -- <em>AMC</em>, <em>One Life to Live</em> and <em>General Hospital</em> -- would end up on the chopping block. And now, <a href="http://www.deadline.com/2011/03/abc-may-be-ready-to-trim-its-daytime-drama-lineup-will-all-my-children-go/">Deadline</a> is also reporting that ABC is ready to trim its soap-opera lineup, singling out <em>All My Children</em> as the most likely candidate for cancellation.</p> <p>"It's no secret the soaps aren't as profitable as they once were," an industry insider told Daytime Confidential, "and two of the ABC soaps have been over budget in recent years."</p> <p>Indeed, only <em>One Life to Live</em> consistently comes in under budget. And since <em>General Hospital</em> is the strongest performer and the best-known brand for the network, it is likely safe. That leaves <em>All My Children</em> vulnerable. It doesn't help matters that <em>AMC</em> is the lowest-rated of the six daytime dramas currently on the air, with an average viewership of just 2.32 million.</p> <p>While ABC has yet to reveal a decision on the future of any of its soaps, it seems inevitable that one of them will have to go. Of the three major networks airing soaps, ABC is the only one that has yet to nix a daytime drama -- in recent years CBS has drop-kicked <em>The Guiding Light</em> and <em>As the World Turns</em>, while NBC has jettisoned <em>Passions</em>.</p> <p>One thing seems clear: If one of ABC's shows fate is shaky, it'll likely be <em>All My Children</em>. But despite the meltodwn, Brown has been invited back for a second <em><a href="http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/">GMA</a></em> interview.</p> <p>"I wish him the absolute best," Roberts said Wednesday morning. "We extended the invitation to him (to come back), and sure hope he takes us up on it because I'd sure love to have another chat with him."</p> <p>"Any time we have a guest, we let them know ahead of time the subject matter and the topics," the morning host said. "And even right before the interview I let him know. I was shocked like everyone else, because we've had a wonderful relationship. I've been to his home, he's very gracious, and we've had easy conversation."</p> <p>Luckily for Brown, sources tell <a href="http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/23/chris-brown-good-morning-america-abc-not-pressing-charges-felony-rihanna-interview-broken-window-nypd-police-probation/">TMZ</a> that ABC will not be pressing charges against him. The NYPD will also not investigate the situation because thankfully no one was injured.</p> <p>Roberts and ABC aren't the only ones who are willing to forgive and forget.
