Joined at the midday ceremony by fiance Benjamin Millepied, the ?V For Vendetta? babe looked fabulous as she posed for press at the beachfront tent venue in Santa Monica, California.
Having another big night, Miss Portman ended up taking home Best Actress honors for her work in the critically-acclaimed flick ?Black Swan" - which ended up winning Best Feature honors.
With director Darren Aronofsky grabbing Best Director, the ballerina-based movie also saw Matthew Libatique be doted with the Best Cinematography award to give "Black Swan" a ceremony-topping four triumphs.
