Bristol Palin: Dealing with Stagefright

She?s spent plenty of time in the public eye but it turns out Bristol Palin is quite nervous about her upcoming gig with ?Dancing with the Stars.?
The 19-year-old single mom is having a hard time getting mentally and physically prepared to compete beginning on September 20th when the show?s new season debuts.
"Bristol is terrified,? said a source. ?She isn?t naturally outgoing and doesn?t have any performing background.?
Palin had previously told press, "My clothes will be the most conservative of everyone's. That's how I am, and that's how I want to dress. But it'll be good -- and the rhinestones and spray tans. That'll be fun!"
